Thanks for shopping The Eel Suite. We want you to love what you get. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for physical products purchased through our store at riparianmedia.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- In their original condition and packaging; and
- With any tags or labels still attached.
Returns requested after the window, or for items not in resalable condition, may be declined or may qualify only for partial credit at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email

15 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping you paid — and cover return shipping if we need the item back.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded except where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Items marked "final sale" or "clearance";
- Discounted or promotional items;
- Personalized or custom-made items.
Return Shipping
- Change-of-mind returns: You're responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item): We cover all shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can't process a refund for a return we don't receive.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello@riparianmedia.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. (Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll email you to confirm your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. Please allow 10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to process; depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Want a different size or item? Email us at
hello@riparianmedia.com and we'll let you know what's in stock. The fastest way to get what you want is usually to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
