Eryngium Papeterie is a welcoming, joy-sparking stationery shop packed with cards, inks, wax seals, and thoughtful gifts. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down, browse, and fall in love with the art of putting pen to paper.

We began working together in December 2024 with a three-month trial, and after seeing real results, Crystal extended the engagement. We’re now Eryngium’s ongoing social media team, creating content that captures the shop’s magic and brings new faces through the door.

The challenge

Eryngium is beloved by the people who’ve found it, but the challenge was getting more people to find it. Crystal needed to increase local awareness and drive in-store visits without a big advertising budget. Any growth would need to come from purely organic social media. That meant the content itself had to do the heavy lifting: stop the scroll, spark curiosity, and give people a reason to visit in person.

What started as a three-month trial has turned into an ongoing partnership. We’re continuing to manage Eryngium’s Instagram with fresh Reels and content that keeps the shop top of mind for stationery lovers across the region.

The best proof of concept? Customers walking in and saying “Instagram sent me.” That’s the goal for every piece of content we create, and for Eryngium, it’s happening regularly. :)
